Glassy ("we," "us," or "our") provides daily lake-day intelligence by email, SMS, and push notification. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions: support@glassylakes.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal data exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Specifically: your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in status, the content of SMS messages we send to you, and any data tied to your SMS subscription are never sold, rented, leased, shared, or otherwise transferred to any third party for any purpose other than what is strictly necessary to deliver the Glassy SMS service to you. Our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) processes messages on our behalf under a contract that prohibits any other use of your number.
SMS consent is opt-in only. The consent checkbox in your Profile is unchecked by default; you must manually check it and save to receive any SMS from Glassy. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of Glassy — you can use Glassy with email or push notifications instead.
To stop SMS at any time: reply STOP to any Glassy SMS, or uncheck the SMS consent box in Profile and save. For help, reply HELP or contact support@glassylakes.com.

We use third-party service providers to operate Glassy in the following categories:
We share only what's necessary for these providers to deliver the service. We do not sell your data to any third party, ever, and our providers are not permitted to use your data for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Community check-ins are visible to other users in the feed for 7 days from posting; the underlying record is retained for our records but is no longer displayed. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Aggregate anonymized usage data may be retained for product improvement.
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through Profile & Settings. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at support@glassylakes.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Glassy is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at support@glassylakes.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.
